DROP ARM
Model Number: OPDA-100
This optical turnstile will drop a barrier when a key card is tapped to the reader, and it can also sound an alarm if the barrier is misused.
All of our turnstiles use two 64-beam matrices (each of 8 transmitters is received by 8 receivers for 8 x 8 = 64 beams). There is one matrix on the top and one on the lower portion of the turnstile for a total of 128 beams. These 128 beams will detect a tailgate attempt with a spacing of ΒΌ inch (6mm) between two people. Additionally, when a person is wheeling a suitcase, the beam logic will not set off the alarm.
